In the Privacy Manager application
, click Load
on the menu bar, then double-click the X
on the erroneous profile
to remove it, then click Load
again to refresh the profiles and see if the problem has been solved.
Go to Privacy Manager/PROFILES/
and remove the
folder that has the same name as the erroneous profile
, then click Load
on the menu bar of the Privacy Manager application
to see if the problem has been solved.
Go to Local Drive (C:)
and look inside for a folder named browser
and delete it if it exists, and then reload the Privacy Manager application
by pressing the F5
key to see if the problem has been solved.
